The AUB Content Exchange Centre in Algiers received a delegation of coordinators from the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Broadcasting Union (OSBU).
Led by Zineddine Hafid, responsible for programme and news exchange at OSBU, the delegation included representatives from Malaysia, Iran, Senegal, Chad and Palestine.
The visitors were introduced to the mission of the AUB Content Exchange Centre and to AUBVision, the platform used to facilitate audiovisual content exchange and promote the cultural diversity of Africa to international audiences.
Centre Director Karima Chelbi highlighted the growth of the platform and its expanding network of members and international partners.
The visit reflected mutual interest in stronger cooperation between African broadcasting organisations and media institutions from the Islamic world.
